CAPRICORN Engineering, Inc. has been working with private and corporate clients in the Tri-State Region since the year 2012, when Emanuel Vasilescu first founded the company. Capricorn Engineering provides stormwater management, retaining wall structural design, septic system design, land development site plan, roadway streetscape improvement and airport consulting service. Projects range from preliminary due diligence and feasibility studies through comprehensive site investigation, design, permitting, and construction phase support.

We pride ourselves in blending innovative technologies and approaches with more traditional methods to develop an engineering solution that will meet or exceed a client’s project objectives. This approach often allows for the development of a plan and permitting strategy that will address difficult site specific conditions or challenging regulatory hurdles.
